Shinsekai and its surroundings now have a reputation for being one of the most poverty-stricken and dangerous areas in Osaka.
I felt a bit insecure before I came to here, but when I came here and experience it by myself, I found that this place is not as dangerous as written in the internet. But most important, take care of yourself wherever you go.
Don't walk alone in dark and you will be alright.
